Since 1884 El Globo has been part of Mexican life. Many of us grew up sharing their traditional classic cakes with our loved ones.

As a long-standing retail brand, El Globo recognizes the importance of continuously evolving its communication to stay relevant and connected with its customers. To achieve this, we developed monthly campaigns that injected a fresh and seasonal touch to enhance the brand's visual appeal and conceptual messaging, all while celebrating its delightful delicacies.

Here are some noteworthy highlights from my work with El Globo, where we strived to capture the essence of the brand and captivate the hearts of customers.

 

Inspired by the vibrant spirit of spring and the inherent freshness of El Globo's cakes and beverages, we fuse the worlds of fashion and culinary artistry and created "Spring Collection 2021."

Drawing inspiration from the captivating colors, trending styles, and elegant aesthetics of the fashion world, our vision was to create an unparalleled sensory experience. Through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail, we curated a collection that not only celebrated the season's freshness but also showcased the brand's commitment to innovation.

The incorporation of marbled textures and a thoughtfully selected color palette elevated each creation, evoking a sense of sophistication and visual delight. In a momentous celebration of Harry Potter's 20th anniversary, El Globo joined forces with Warner Bros. to embark on a magical culinary journey inspired by the beloved films.

Immersing ourselves in the enchanting world of Harry Potter, we set out to bring the essence of the films to life through a delectable food line. As part of the campaign, my role was to craft visuals that captured the essence of the motion photography seen in the films, while infusing them with a touch of whimsical charm.

Drawing inspiration from the fantastical elements of the wizarding world, I carefully designed visuals that transported viewers into a realm of magic and wonder. Each image was meticulously crafted to evoke the essence of the films, with playful texts that added an extra layer of delight and nostalgia.

 

Christmas

We created a campaign that changed the image of El Globo, communicating its iconic desserts for the Christmas season with visual care and texts that led all Mexicans to feel that emotion of the parties with which they grew up.

 
 

Es momento de Rosca

“Es momento de Rosca” is a concept that we developed from the insight that the rosca de reyes is always an excuse to get together with family, colleagues and friends that we haven't seen in years. Each piece that is missing or has been taken from the ring is the excuse for reuniting and sharing through El Globo.

We took hold of Mexican social media trends around the beginning of the year parties and used them to communicate that the El Globo “Roscas” are at the core of these moments of the season. Visually we sought to show all the flavors that we have and there are tasty options for all.
